To provide Porphyromonas gingivalis clones, reagents, and information to the research communityWithin 6 months of completing the sequence and concurrent with the publication of the work in a peer-reviewed journal, a genomic map, the gene list, and nucleotide and protein sequences will be made available in the TIGR Microbial Database (World Wide Web, http://www.tigr.org) in the same format as the other microbial genomes provided there. All sequences and annotation will also be deposited in GenBank, GSDB and other appropriate databases. Information integrated in Aim 3 will be placed on the Forsyth Pophyromonas gingivalis Database (http://www.forsyth.org/pggp). In addition, a minumum set of small insert and lambda clones and clone ordering information will be available from ATCC.
